Yes! You will be a W2 employee of HealthPro. Meaning all taxes and deductions will be accounted for as well as full coverage for workers compensation and liability/malpractice insurance.

You can begin scheduling shifts with our scheduling staff or through our online portal same day!
Call our office at 614-864-7340 and ask for scheduling. You will also have online access to schedule via our online portal.
HealthPro issues paper time sheets that are to be completed, signed by a client supervisor or manager and turned into the HealthPro office. They can be manually dropped off at our office inside or in the outside drop box, or you may email a clear image of the signed time sheet to healthpropayroll@gmail.com.
Our pay rates can differ between each facility. When you are picking up shifts in the online portal, you will see in the job description how much the pay is for this shift.
All Call-offs and Cancellations must be directed to our office via phone 614-864-7340. Calling off should be limited to emergencies only. No calling and no showing for a confirmed shift will be grounds for termination.
HealthPro operates on a Saturday to Friday work week. Pay day is every Friday. ADP is our payroll company, offering direct deposit and online support through ADP IPAY, access to this app will be made available upon hire.
Time sheets are due Mondays by 5pm to meet payroll deadlines for weekly pay.
